Well, the Soviets gave SCUD technology to the Red Chinese, who called them Silkworms among other names, and then the Reds gave them to the NORKs, who tinkered and improved them and now call them, and I’m not kidding, Dongs. As in the intermediate ones are Short Dongs, and the longer range ones are Long Dongs. Being Koreans, I heard they have a lot more short dongs than long dongs!

Seriously, though, they’re leaps and bounds better than what the Iraqis launched back in the early 90’s. And they are mobile. I’m not sure but I do not think the NORKs have any permanent sites except their test launch facilities. I’m afraid most will be in tunnel mouths or hidden in camouflaged deep valleys right before launching.

I think our Patriots and THAAD can take out a bunch. All? No.

IF you want a view of just how big hillarys reach is George Webbs videos are unparalleled. This woman is unbelievable. She owns her own subs, owns a fleet of ships, to smuggle drugs hires terrorists to get rid of unwanted countries and has a reach that is unimaginable.

NoT sure @ containment. They sometimes say they are contained, even tho their size has grown due to back fires started to stop the original fire. Popular hot spring (Breitenbush) now has forced evacuation...it’s BAD...environmentalists created this....

That is a possibility, just one more reason these storms are so hard to track until they are only hours away.I saw one website that suggested that the storm might go to a cat 5 and even beyond, hard to fathom but it pays to keep abreast of the tracking and overall storm info.

.................

Quote of the day just made on the Hungry Howie media buzz show show by a commentator on his round table, Mollie Hemingway.

In response to more Trump bashing on the Russia, Russia, Russia, BS she claimed about the comment: "what more do we need"

Hemingway responded:

how about some evidence It was truly priceless. Finally one of them getting it right.

That image of Vogue’s fashion editor will destroy the mag’s image. How could it not. Quite a strange contrast to Vogue’s Anna Wintour.

I have no respect for Vogue if they let their fashion editor go around looking like a clown.

Is this supposed to be cool?

And she has the nerve to criticize Melania’s footwear?

I bet most of the world thinks that woman is a joke.

Which she is.

Yeah the whole thing is a huge disgrace.

I forget the legal term(maybe one of our lawyers here can help) but Imran's lawyer who was Bill Clinton's lawyer, what a coincidence, got a motion passed that stopped any and all new evidence coming to the case. A Big killer for George Webb who already had two motions before the court, both were later denied.

If you analyze the entire situation you have to come up with the company,CIA, behind everything that is happening.

We know Imran had passwords for 80 congress-critters that later morphed into 800 people accd. to webb. That along with his other deeds, using the house bank for loans on a dozen homes he borrowed and mortgaged to the hilt, sent the money back to pakiville etc. etc. and last weeks interview with Jason Goodman who finally got Andre Taggart to sit down with him for an hour the company can see lots of jeopardy for Imran if he's taken to court and put on the stand, they don't want that.

And that's before his car smuggling, murder, spying, you name it kidnapping a relative to get her to sign over a will, endless jeopardy for imran/the company.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECQqGbqET0Y By the way those who don't know Taggart,he's the 14 year marine who rented a home from "alex" who turned out to be Imran Awan and later found Blackberries and computers in the garage that were obviously govt. issue.

He turned them in and had a heated argument with "alex"later moved out of the home.

The "company" has to know there is a ton of jeoprady for both them and the pakis if Imran should start talking. He's obviously too big to kill so they have to fix things before they happen court-wise and that's exactly what is happening.

Look for Imran to walk and the minute he gets any opportunity at all he's on a plane to pakiville.

I wouldn't wanna be him from now on looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life....

Is this the rule where you can't clean out the brush between the trees which makes excellent fire acellerant?

If you have an Internet address for the pic, you post would be like this:

<img src=" Internet address goes here, between the quotes ">

For example, using a picture of President Trump:

<img src="https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/whitehouse.gov/files/hero-backgrounds/HomePageImage2_1.png">

If you preview the post and the image is too large, you can reduce the image using the width qualifier like this:

<img src="https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/whitehouse.gov/files/hero-backgrounds/HomePageImage2_1.png" width=200>

The width is expressed in pixels. Preview the post and change the number up or down as appropirate.

Hope this helps.

Martha Radditz in for Stephanopolis

I made the mistake of keeping the television on ABC last night when I went to bed. I caught about 3 minutes of Radditz and the round table before changing the channel.

Here are two take-aways from that brief moment:

1: The set up their round table on chairs on someone's lawn behind a pile of debris. Was that really necessary?

2. Radditz was asking if Trump can talk about federal emergency assistance after campaigning on getting government out of people's way?

I was thinking that Trump was talking about getting government out of people's EVERYDAY business, like burdensome regulations and encroaching on state prerogatives, not on federal disaster aid that covers much of several states beyond a single state's budget to handle.

Then they quipped about Trump always being "gray" about sticking to issues... Radditz chortled "I never noticed..." when I changed the channel.

What they don’t tell you is most pine species, like our wonderful Southeast Florida Long Leaf Pine, have evolved to be able to not only survive a fire, but to flourish after a fire. Some won’t even produce a seed from a cone until severe heat, that only comes from a fire, pops it open.

In the natural world, fires occur often, and wipe out brush and small shrubs that would otherwise burn prolifically in a extreme fire, which nowadays only comes once in a while due to human efforts to regularly contain them.

And one other thing... Remember those paragons of Nature, inhumed with the Great Spirit, lovers of Brother Animals and the Giant Forest Spirit Trees?

We called them Indians...

Well, they always burned the hunting grounds to clear out brush to allow more grass for grazers and young shrubs for deer to browse. They also were keen to go over the burnt grounds to gather up the pre-cooked small game and other creatures that couldn’t get away. Why thank you Brother Rabbit!

Much of North America looked like a well maintained park rather than a temperate jungle of plant life, and the grass eating buffalo spread as far East as western New England and Florida. We think of the huge beasts galloping over the plains, but that was towards the end of the Indians presence.

half the population of South Korea lives within the Seoul metropolitan area. Seoul is within 35 miles of the DMZ

What the hell were they thinking?

Why did they supersize Seoul of all places? There's a whole lot of real estate much farther away from the NK border...seaports too. Was the US supposed to protect them in perpetuity? It's time for them all to move.
