I was done with the NFL after Peyton Manning retired.
The league is overrun with America haters, violent felons, domestic abusers, and cheaters. They have nothing that I need to see.
Peyton Manning ... yeah, me too. Met him once for a quick handshake, watched just to see him play ... and I wasn’t disappointed. Now? Same with NASCAR, Gordon gone...duh.
All of this leads onto a salary evolution event occurring at the end of this season. Marginal players will see pay-cuts coming, and decent players will probably see zero salary gain. If this were to continue for another season or two...I could see entire team salary listings cut by 10 to 20 percent. Whether this was part of the master plan by Kaepernick or not....it is a consequence.
