I thought the program was ending because of an expiration date.

What I don’t know is whether or not the EO as written calls for the recipients of the program to return to Mexico or stay. What does the original document say??

This memorandum confers no substantive right, immigration status or pathway to citizenship. Only the Congress, acting through its legislative authority, can confer these rights.
