Revoke the EO!
He doesn't need Congress to do that.
DACA needs to be scrapped.

With Trump saying the other day, “We love the Dreamers”, I have no confidence that he will scrap it. I’m more convinced than ever that he will discontinue it, but leave it in place for those that are already here. He will then claim that he “ended” DACA in a way that was also “compassionate” to the Dreamers. We’ll see, but I feel like that’s the way the wind is blowing.
As all EO’s, it’s an ORDER. It is treated and implemented as law among those entitled to request DACA status.
Trump should do away with it, I totally agree.
Let Lyin’ Ryan attempt to patch it right back together again, which has been tried before and never passed. Thus Obama made magic with it.
However, because it is treated and implemented lawfully and seen as a law, Trump wants Congress to handle it and to set their azz on the hot seat instead of his own, for a change.
