I guess you didn’t see where police management is already sitting down with hospital management to make things right. I imagine there will be a face to face meeting with the cop and nurse to get everything aired out, settled, and apologies made. I doubt there will be a lawsuit.

Nice try as a calm defender of police abuse, but when it’s so blatant as in this case, only cop worshipers are on your side.
You may want to revise that. The mayor and police chief have apologized, two officers have been placed on leave, and there is going to be a criminal investigation.
Yeah will go bad for police department. By this cops line of thinking they can order any citizen to do anything,for example, I think your neighbor is growing pot, I only have probably cause,no warrant, so you go walk in unannounced into their house and verify this for me or I take you to jail.
