A federal judge blocked enforcement of much of a “sanctuary cities” law in Texas on Wednesday night, just days before it was set to go into effect.

U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia blocked portions of Senate Bill 4 (SB 4) requiring local law enforcement departments to comply with federal requests to hold unauthorized immigrants in custody. Also blocked: a provision that stopped local departments from implementing policies that would “materially limit” enforcement of immigration laws, the Dallas News reported.

Unfortunately there is a strain of Communism that goes with some cultures. I know otherwise good people who are infected by it. It is not based in anything more than class hatred. ?Class? Think about that, in the US, are we fixated in Class? Very little evidence of it today, but in some cultures it is very very prevalent.

Every single scumbag in this country that calls itself a judge needs to pack up and escape now while they still can.

The issue is “who polices the court system”?

Attorneys in a state are disciplined (?) by the state bar association. It is exceedingly rare when one is actually punished.

Thanks to Harvey, Texas will be even more flooded with illegals coming in for the construction jobs.

Houston had half a million before Harvey.
