Illegal immigrants, aliens etc. don’t have Constitutional rights.

Well, yeah they sort of do. Have a look at the 14th amendment...Section 1;

...nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

It doesn't say 'citizen', but 'person'. Sucks as it may, that's the way it is.

Now, illegal aliens should be rounded up and charged accordingly, tried, convicted and deported. Due process and all that.
