Yes. Hugely disappointing DOJ. Do these people do anything to earn their paychecks?

The only way to remove judges is not in the hands of the DOJ. The House must impeach and the Senate vote (by 2/3 majority) to convict.

It would be proper for the DOJ to file complaints against any judge that goes against the constitution in any case and make it plain that federal charges may be forthcoming.
