The constitution doesn’t allow you to cry global warming in a crowded theater showing Dancing With Wolves, does it?

Even if global warming was true, I still cannot find a clause in the Constitution that the document declares itself null and void if a group of scientists declare a global emergency. Frankly, I believe the human race would be better off taking its chances with global warming, than ceding its rights and liberties to an elitist (i.e, Marxist) cabal that 'knows' what is best for us.
