Daily Mail phtographer rescues ' Lucky'.. the dog who broke the world's heart...Soaked, tethered and surrounded by rising waters, Ruaridh Connellan untied her and brought her to safety....When Connellan returned with food and water and to check on Lucky the next day she wagged her tail and he fell in love and says:... 'I would love to adopt her.' but he says he has to go through proper channels if the owners don't claim her.
