I was reading it to be 8000ft from each dam, but it certainly could be written more clearly.
And the water is still rising.
One of the vids at your link indicates they can flow 8kcfs from one dam, 8.9kcfs from the other, but that the intent is to be flowing 8kcfs, total, by noon today.
