In fact, I was watching Fox and Friends earlier and they mentioned a major disagreement between the Gov. Abbott (who wanted a massive evacuation of the Houston, TX area) and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (who wanted people to "stay in place"). Now, we have a rescue disaster in the making....
