The government doesn’t gain constitutionally enumerated powers because you find something “disgusting”.
Are you aware that conservatives might object to cigarettes, whether smoked or not? I oppose drug use as well. Always have on both. Yes, I survived serving in the US Navy without taking up coffee, smoking, and drugs. Doesn't make me less a conservative, just a different view of it than you might have. And, yes, I get caffeine, just from tea or Mountain Dew, or such. Maybe I'm weird in your eyes, but not really overall, and definitely still conservative.
It might be interesting sometime to do a vanity survey on FR to see just what it means to be conservative. We are not a monolithic group. Not at all.
