If this hits near Galveston or moves that direction with storm surge and 30+ " rains, bye bye Galveston.

Victoria, TX, though inland, may get hammered pretty good.

Refugio, TX is between Corpus Christi and Victoria and inland, and may get bashed pretty good.

A 6 foot to 12 foot storm surge is catastropic for the Texas coastal areas (very low lying areas)
