All cities need an ordinance that states:
“Anyone wearing a face mask of any type such that their identity is concealed during any public gathering (mob action) shall be immediately arrested, jailed, and fined $1000 for criminal intent to evade prosecution a priori.
(I’m not a lawyer, obviously...)
How about an alternative (or additional) ordinance: Anyone wearing...shall be shot in the groin at close range with a smoke cannister.
