If there is so much as a fart, eliminate the whole dam place. Bulldoze the shacks down and run them off to starve. Take the animals and give them to those who support us. The same with the land.

As far as the passes up in the hills on the Paki border. Destroy as much as can be destroyed. Those passes are steep enough that well placed charges/bombs would cause landslides to block them off.
