If we are to assume the wood device underneath and in front of the back tire of the car that was hit wasn’t there before the incident in order to prevent the car from moving too far forward after having been hit, it apparently was put there before removing an injured passenger from the car. Would think removing an injured passenger would be a greater priority and would have occurred first.

Though no blood on the drain there after the accident, from 41:25 of the News2Share Charlottesville attack video to 41:45 of the Charlottesville attack video we see blood there. Also in between we see people over there where someone doctored the crime scene.
