ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (NEWSPLEX) The National Transportation Safety Board has issued an update on the fatal helicopter crash that killed two Virginia State Police troopers on Saturday.
According to the statement released Monday afternoon, the helicopter was providing a continuous video feed of activities on the ground during the Unite the Right rally, along with several other helicopters.
The helicopter had left from the Charlottesville Albemarle Airport just before 4 p.m. and was in the downtown area until about 4:45 p.m. when it was redirected to provide support for a motorcade that was transporting Governor Terry McAuliffe.
According to a release, the helicopter was heading north-northeast at an altitude of 2,300 feet shortly before the crash.
The first call to emergency services regarding the crash was received around 4:45 p.m. when the helicopter went down about seven miles southwest of CHO.

Which video were you referencing regarding :24 mark?
Kind of strange at the 10 second mark there is a guy with a similar helmet following him holding a filming camera.
2:47 of mark on this video shows across street and doesn’t jive with two stop signs showing I that picture, as there is no second stop sign as in the picture.
2:49 mark, a guy carrying a bullhorn and flags dressed in black:
deoplorable white supremacist nazi bigot trump supporters with stinger missiles no doubt
4:20 of video, another helmeted camera person pre crash on film:
7:08 of video a red light blinking just above green cart with 6 wheels and 2 yellow seats, like an alarm clock telling people something is going to happen. The cart is just sitting there and will be used later to try to care for those in need after incident happens.
7:34 of video looks like an army vehicle of some type:
7:45-7:53 in video, I think one can hear a helicopter overhead:

Guy at 8:30 is smiling after the car incident has reportedly just happened:
Actions of lady who looks like Heather Heyer in video:
Wearing a green shirt with red hair
Kneeling on ground by a victim at 8:57 she zips a fluorescent green bag
9:00 checks cell phone
9:07 stands up with the bag
9:09 purple bra strap visible between right neck and shoulder
9:11 holding large wide cell phone
9:12 purple bra strap visible again on her right shoulder area
9:14-9:16 spins out of picture
This lady in the green shirt is the only one walking away from the person hurt on the ground. The Virginia State Police officer arrives next to her, then she spins out.
This video seems to show inconsistencies and strange things more than described prior:
9 seconds only one stop sign on right of crash spot, a news photo referenced previously showed two stop signs on the right.
44 seconds impact between the Challenger and the pickup
50 seconds guy in army jacket and black helmet, apparently the same guy who was hit is back up and running full speed trying to catch the car that just hit him
54 seconds scratches on the pickup
1:00 scratches apparently not there on pickup
1:03 side mirror damaged on pickup
:27-:34 can hear helicopter overhead
1:03-1:09 strange siren type noise
1:04 guy on foot who resembles James Fields, glasses, dark hair, white shirt
1:09-1:12 somewhat similar color and make car
Effect of the camera, it looks like it foreshortened things.
The vid is two sections, the first sequence is regular speed, and the second is slow motion of the first sequence.
Does that clear things up (or does it raise more questions?)
2:54-2:57 maybe same guy or another guy who looks like Fields to the right of picture walking down middle of street
Around 2:57 looks disconcerted and puts arms out as moves off camera to right.
3:31 guy with black backpack and sunglasses, looking like he is getting ready for something. . . .
