I have seen a seated picture of a Hussein and Hitler meeting. They were seated, and it was unmistakably Hitler.

You're right. It's not Hitler. I recognize him, but I've forgotten his name and what he did (if I ever knew). There's just not quite enough resolution for me to remember.
Can anyone put a name to that face?
