I read through it and it seems folks are stretching a bit to deplore his “demands”. Simple to stock the trunk with the items he wants and maybe at monthly intervals and how much trouble to keep a coat hangar in the car. The drinks/public image bits also make sense in these times. I wonder what sort of demands others make that don’t get put out in the public eye because someone wants to erode his/her image to folks.....
That’s what I was wondering. Its easy to paint a picture with adjectives, as easy as it is to paint the opposite picture with a different set using the same facts.
The Left is tricksy and may want to take down this guy.
Basically this man took the time to let his aides what they need to remember to be prepared and what he would be expecting from them. I don’t know the guy but letting the drivers know you are planning to work in the car so the don’t feel that they should chat to show they are friendly sounds fine to me. Its exactly what Tillerson did to the press.
I agree completely. I've never had a chauffer in my entire life, yet I often keep or bring these same things in my own car. To list them in for a non-personal car seems hardly unreasonable. To call a football sized object a football is hardly presumptuous. What else would it be called?
