Face it. If property were transferred to blacks sufficient to make the average net worth of whites, and their incomes supplemented to make average income of blacks equal to that of whites, in about two generations, the white-black wealth gap would re-appear, only larger than it is now. In the meantime, there would be a helluva of a lot of wide screen tv’s imported, luxury vacations taken, many more Cadillacs on the road, huge spikes in heroin and liquor sales.

They want property until they understand property TAXES. A few years ago the city of Newark NJ offered 100 vacant lots for $1,000 each to Newark residents, on the condition that they build on them and live there; the program was a total flop. The news showed hordes of black and brown people lining up for them, and few if any of the properties were ever developed. They were practically free, but would turn gibsmedats into taxpayers - and that just wasn’t going to happen. So, they just stay in the public and Section 8 housing, and continue contributing NOTHING to their own upkeep.
