What are Turks doing, voting in a German election?
Germany invited a huge number of Turkish immigrant workers to become citizens of Germany (after 8 years of residency IIRC). I believe the population is over 3 million with about half still maintaining dual citizenship (w/Turkey).
Only the ones that have citizenship can vote. Most can’t.
