Here in NJ they are our upper caste, especially since many good jobs left - forcing us little people to pay even more to support them...

We had these types in the Army. Outside the Army where you could be fired, you knew they could not hold a job. So they clinged and plaid the rank for all its worth. Their incompetence could not be questioned.
