Look let’s deal with reality nobody needs a schizophrenic driving into a protest crowd at any speed, it’s ridiculous. His level of legal culpability is unclear but that was a reckless act.

I didn’t know a schizophrenic(most of them heavily medicated) could get a drivers license. Sheesh it’s bad enough with people texting and driving.
