All I’ve seen about the decedent is that she was struck by the vehicle. Was she struck by the vehicle while it was moving forward or backward? That could have a major impact on the outcome of the case.
Certainly, what the videos and massive speculation here show is there’s a great deal of doubt about the driver’s state of mind and motivation. Right now there’s as much chaos as there was in the initial stages of the Martin and Brown cases, where the ultimate findings were not guilty due to self defense. Something like the might well happen here.

I think she’e the one of the many that attacked the car after the stopped. She jumps on the trunk then gets pinned between the rear of the Challenger and a parked truck. She ends up behind the truck on the ground.
