If the strike on the left rear of the car is what you are referring to, there are other, better, vids of that strike, and at least one that shows just before that hit the guy had at least tapped the brakes. After that he he moves forward again, and in about 20 feet strikes the rear of the car in front of him. The overhead drone shot shows that car was surrounded but was not being attacked. Oh, that driver was black. Why was there a fire truck around the corner across both lanes? Where was the fire? How many other ways out of the car park were there without going down THAT street? Was that first girl that jumped on the right side of his trunk and landed the first blow on his rear window the girl that was killed? It appears to me from the video above and from the right rear she probably was. Look at the frames from the rear in the “better” video from the same angle as the one you posted. There is almost no distance laterally between the right rear of his car and that black truck. If she had her pelvis in that space when he reversed that is why she died. If she chose to put her pelvis in that space participating in an attack on his car I think I could get him a not guilty verdict and I am no lawyer.
