He didn’t move forward until he was attacked. I can’t see how any jury would convict, unless they already view him as guilty without any evidence.
If you end up with a jury full of williams’ the guy doesn’t have a chance.
Wrong he has a chance with me on the jury depending on the charge and his defense. He is still wrong. Terribly wrong.
