I’m pretty sure it’s just a class 1 misdemeanor in NC.

She’ll plead down to some type of criminal trespass with a suspended sentence. No Durham prosecutor is going to want too much to do with this, I suspect.

§ 14-127. Willful and wanton injury to real property.
If any person shall willfully and wantonly damage, injure or destroy any real property whatsoever, either of a public or private nature, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
