Guys...Call WRAL News....That is where I heard this right after it happened...
This was the first reason I heard about why the cops were standing around...They also are saying they were ordered to stand down...
How about it, Mr. retired PD??? Would you have obeyed a “stand down” order if you saw a crime being committed???
