Easy defense - “Cops didn’t tell us to stop so we thought it was ok.”
The police don’t seem to have a problem pulling someone over when their going over the limit. Why not just follow them and wait till they stop wherever their going?

The police said they were concerned with their safety, but recorded the event to get people later when it was easier to get them.
The police do not have a problem pulling someone over vs. a riot where you are dealing with a mob of charged up people. Two different situations. You are comparing apples to oranges.
