He and the mayor played a major role in the entire fiasco. A reasonable person could make a case they setup Kessler and his white superiority group. They granted him permission and then withdrew the permit after the event had started. Then they drove the Kessler group into the arms of the violent Antifa and BLM counter-protesters. Then they ordered the police to back off. Was that a plan to guarantee violence? I don’t know, but would not be surprised.
