And just who is going to do the removing?

A few months back I remember some BLM types were going to go into Gettysburg and topple some headstones. Then there was nothing heard about it. It may be because they found out that ya can't do stuff like that in federally-operated national parks. That is probably why they are going after the city monuments, they have no such protection.

They ought to be arresting every person involved in destruction, and yeah even if they were just standing there doing nothing.

Maybe instead someone told the BLM folks that there are no (known) Confederates buried at Gettysburg. Almost all were moved to southern cemeteries back in the 1870’s.

Didn’t Trump promise us to be the law and order president? Here’s a perfect opportunity.

And if they were going to over turn tombstones at Gettysburg National Cemetery, they would have been destroying the stones of UNION Army soldiers who fought and defeated the Army of Northern Virginia. There are NO Confederate soldiers buried in the Gettysburg National Cemetery. Those Confederates that were buried in the Gettysburg area are, if still there in private cemeteries or unmarked individual and mass graves. After the Civil War many of the CSA soldiers were moved to the South, if either the individual was known or if in a mass grave of soldiers from a single regiment.
