Hint for landlords
1) charge 200 more than you want (in the paper)
2) tell them you want first, last, and sec deposit
3) you want references.
Any one who is willing to comply to those is usually OK- you can tell them it is really 200 less, and they are usually really happy. It just weeds out those who can barely afford it anyway
