There will be no trial (IMO). The case will be plea-bargained with a long sentence and some triumphant press-releases about "Justice and the Rule-of-Law".
The accused (again IMO) deliberately rammed into the Antifa crowd. The second and third videos of this incident clearly show the car accelerating downhill into the crowd for at lease two city blocks. This was not a person in a self-defense situation.
The provenance of those videos seems curious and plenty of others have noted that the sources are people with ties to intelligence agencies.
The arrest also seemed very odd. The "Black SUV's" that surrounded the immobilized car did not appear to be regular police forces, and did not conduct themselves as such - according to witnesses of the arrest.
The patrol officers who died in the helicopter crash may have been a coincidence. They did not seem to be in a position to have seen this incident.
Yes, I believe this was a setup, with a useful idiot who could be provoked into a violent attack. Somewhere there is a handler and a cleanup team to make sure that the desired story gets told with a suitable "fascist" villain.
There will be more of these incidents.
It’s being reported the young man had been on medications for years due to mental issues.
I still think he was running in fear. Could his mental issues amplified his fear?
I dunno.
Good comments btw.
The only hope, as with every other facet of saving the Republic, is that Trump and Trump's people can help slow down the descent into chaos. If it were Hillary the HQ of the Saturday protestors would be literally on fire now.
