That damage occurred when the vehicle came to a stop, just prior to reversing, when it was attacked by individuals with bats and clubs on the side and rear windows. Videos clearly show antifa/blm types busting out the windows.

I didn’t seem to see that in other photos\videos>>> about 5 guys with baseball bats pounded the windows out of the car. One guy with a bat slugged the rear bumper while he was going slowly towards the crown earlier. I have the videos.
If you can find the actual footage...when the kid plows up through the group (you can count for about three seconds), and there are three-to-four guys running up to the rear of the car...with bats and whacking away on the vehicle. One of the guys, I think, had a hammer in his hand. So they get about three seconds of whack, and then you see this girl running from the rear (coming from where the black pick-up was behind the car), and appearing to be preparing to jump on the rear.
At this point, reverse lights appear on, and the kid is reversing, and she is caught on the rear and being carried to some degree and tossed back against the black truck (wedged between the car and truck is probably happening).
Because of the actions of those three or four guys (with bats or hammers), and it’s clear in the video....I think a jury would watch this and say that the kid felt he was in danger. The actions of the girl....as naive as she might have been thinking...simply didn’t make sense jumping onto the rear of the car. She did much of this herself by putting herself in danger.
Jury-wise, he can be convicted of reckless driving. Manslaughter? I doubt it....because of the three bats being used and the naive nature of the girl.
