Was supposed to be the local governments job to control the nuts. They failed and will be exposed during this investigation.
In a couple months this story will spring back up but have a completely different outcome.

Years of frustrations have built up and it’s quite tangible on FR. When I counsel patience, the retort invariably comes that they’ve waited long enough.
Well no they haven’t. Not till they have waited the wait that entails laying the burden square on God. And as the bible tells us, the government is one of His (limited) instruments. But God can turn the tables in other ways too.
