He’s been charged with 2nd degree murder. Because it’s the PC thing to do right now, even though that may be tough to prove? Maybe it gets knocked down to vehicular manslaughter or reckless endangerment? This whole thing stinks to high heaven, but anything the left touches turns to sh!t.

If it turns out he was indeed surrounded and attacke before hitting the people, the defense will argue self defense. Looks like plenty of video to prove it. If he is found not guilty or guilty on some much lesser charge we will have furgerson 2.0 in the making.
