Why not ask the cops Ray? It's being alleged they're the ones who are leaking what the driver is saying, that he was scared.

And looking at the videos, he was either scared and in fear for his life, and refused to be taken by a violent mob, who were clearly armed with weapons.

Or it was a terrorist act.

BTW, the police forces did a piss poor job. I blame them. Why the hell did they allow cars down those streets in the first place. WTF?
