video is post #8 does in facts show him driving slow, then his car getting hit with a bat? and then he speeds up. I’d be scared too and just like others, would floor it and deal with the consequences later. Worst case scenario his window breaks and he is hit in the head. He can’t act, and they pull him out of the car and beat him to death. Maybe that’s what was going through his mind. Maybe. He needs a good lawyer. Possibly not guilty.
