Now let me ask you. Do you really believe that the Mueller investigation will sink into obscurity? Do you really believe the Charlottesville situation will supercede it month after month?
Why? The MSN only focuses on Trump-negative stories. For your scenario to work out, Mueller would have to start leaking things favorable to Trump. At the same time, fresh, Trump-damaging info would have to emerge from Charlottesville every few days, to keep the MSM attention actively focused.
Do you really believe these things will happen? Honestly?
Because if so, that’s a psychotic break from reality, no nicer way to put it.
What is more realistic is that some details will emerge from the Charlottesville situation that are less negative to Trump. I.e.: perhaps that the driver was merely terrified, rather than a white supremist. In such a case, the MSM will drop the story like a hot potato.
Mueller, otoh, was hired to destroy Trump. To this ends he’ll keep steamrolling along, doing maximum damage as he goes. The MSM will never lose interest in a story that harms Trump.

I don’t see any link between Charlottesville and Mueller. I think any connection is fantasy.
I think the Mueller investigation will wind down and conclude, without destroying Trump.
