As one who was around for the race and anti-war riots of the 1960’s, I am smart enough to know that such activities are not spontaneous. From life experience I know there are those always spoiling for a fight among the fringe groups on both sides of the political spectrum. Charlottesville was a staged but tragic theater, an effort to turn us all into something we are not.
Me too. Of course I did spend a few years away from everyday life in the late 60’s early 70’s. ;-)
