Someone mentioned his beard looked heavier in pics from car/right after being pulled from car, than in mug shot. Like he had time for a quick shave...lol.
Is shaving required for a mugshot so the camera can get a precise shot of facial structure for the record, or was it that the cops or lawyers don’t want him to resemble a jihadi convert or unwashed occupy wall streeter?
