As a result the legislature just overrode the governor’s veto and stopped many years of state “affordable housing” initiatives from spreading into the suburbs.
Trump made that happen—and everyone in the state can deny it as loudly as they wish—but that is the simple fact here in the belly of the liberal beast.
It was one year ago tomorrow that Trump came to Fairfield, CT for a rally. A very memorable day for me. Despite it being the hottest day of the year, thousands of us lined up for hours in the hot sun to see him speak (two hours later) in a non-airconditioned gymnasium.
