So. Let me see if I have this straight.
A baker can get sued for refusing to make wedding cake for two homosexuals, but a gym owner can refuse to allow police and military from using the facility.

All they need to do is have a homosexual or “trans” cop/serviceman go there and...bingo! Discrimination against the right people, he’s out of business or forced to change his policy.

Sounds like public accommodation discrimination to me.

However, it cuts the other way as well.

If you permit the bakers to refuse to bake the cake due to “sincerely held beliefs,” cannot that same “right to refuse service” also be extended to other classes of people like...say, cops and military?

If all Military bases are like our Navy base, they have their own gym with state of the art equipment. I suspect larger PD’s do too. So this is just a stupid FAKE stunt.
