The death of a federal prosecutor whose body was found on the beach in Hollywood has been ruled a suicide, Hollywood police said Thursday.
Beranton J. Whisenant Jr. 38, was found dead by a beachgoer in Hollywood near Magnolia Terrace shortly before 6:30 a.m. on May 24.

Where did you hear that? I just don’t think he killed himself. He was found near condos and hotels. Surely some had security cameras facing the ocean.

He was 5’7” and weighed 157 lbs. According to the ethanol levels (blood 0.04 g/dL and Vitreous 0.03 g/dL), he had been drinking. NO drugs.
The autopsy report makes it clear that if it wasn’t suicide, it was a beautiful set up. Perfect in every way.
