I’ve never been to Korea. My military experience is limited to Southeast Asia 1967-71, so I will defer to your knowledge of NK and their military might, or lack thereof.
Before I post anything, I usually try to think it through to the best of my knowledge and not make snap statements. Of course I’ve heard of MIRV, as has most everyone else. My whole point all along has been that the first person, NK, US, Fubaristan, whomever, who is willing to set off the third nuclear explosion in anger in the history of the world will be opening a Pandora’s Box, and letting the Genie out of the bottle, neither of which can be undone. This act will unleash a worldwide hell that we cannot imagine, and the blood of untold millions will be on the hands of that first nuclear aggressor. Is NK worth it?
I agree diplomacy has failed miserably, and there comes a time when it’s time to “end this crap”. This may be the time. But this may not be the method.
