Unfortunately, I did read your comments. Russian and Chinese solid booster stages are available to North Korea. Also consider that the weight of solid-fueled rockets do not lend them to a mobile basing scheme...
Another strong recommendation for silo launch. It’s far more likely that TEL development is the limiting factor, not booster design.

Well, you were at least fortunate enough to read my comments and change the subject :):).

No dispute about the availability of Russian and Chinese missile technology, although there is strong evidence that they have obtained more help from the Iranians, particularly on solid fuel.

Yes, Tel development is limiting, so is the condition of NK roads, few are all weather. Any road improvements for TEL use would be quickly spotted.
