Do you remember that slimmy Bill Richardson from New Mexico? He took cash to the NORKS to get them to be quiet in 1994. Ask him!!!

The annoying part:
Nobody from the media EVER asks Bill Clinton, Carter, or Obama:
“Are you EMBARRASSED, in view of how badly things are now playing out, against the backgroup of how you first framed your NK deals..?”
“WHAT..?!!?”
“Yeah, you said it’d be a good deal for the USA, that NK would be dismantling their nuke program, and yet HERE WE ARE —what do you think...?”
NO ONE EVER ASKS THAT.
I’d like to know WHY.
And it never happens.

Anyone else remember when Ted Kennedy was citing North Korea as a reason not to go into Iraq in 2003 (doing a 360 after the Democrats complained about including North Korea in the Axis of Evil, naturally)? "'I continue to be convinced that this is the wrong war at the wrong time,' Kennedy, the Senate's leading liberal said. 'The threat from Iraq is not imminent and it will distract America from the two more immediate threats to our security: the clear and present danger of terrorism and the crisis with North Korea.'":

How Clinton Botched North Korea and Obama Repeated the Mistake with IranWhat is Deliberately?

I am shocked how little this parallel is pointed out.

This is a good deal for the United States. North Korea will freeze and dismantle its nuclear program
I dont think that happened, did it? Bill Clinton made it possible for North Korea to develop its nuclear weapons. When he made this deal, was there any intelligent person alive who truly believed that the outcome would be any different than what we are now seeing?
Diverting attention from the deal to allow North Korea to go full steam ahead with nuclear weapons development was the reason Bill Clinton manipulated his dalliance with Monica Lewinsky into becoming a full blown scandal. There was no reason to escalate the hoopla over that affair other than the need to get the North Korea deal off the front page. And now, we're seeing the results of that deal.
I could hope that Bill Clinton has enough humanity to at least feel a little guilt over giving the Norks a go-ahead for building nukes, but I doubt he does.

These NOKO bombs should be known as the “Clinton-Albright bombs.” They are responsible for giving that Communist hellhole the materials for “nuclear power plants” when every sensible person knew they were building nuclear weapons. Stupid Leftist Americans.

As I recall, Jimmy Carter did some freelance diplomacy with North Korea which helped lead Clinton into his agreement. And of course North Korea exists because Harry Truman agreed to let the Soviets have half of Korea as an occupation zone. (Their declaration of war on Japan 6 days before the Japanese agreed to surrender was so helpful in winning the war.)

I just can’t wrap my head around the world we live in.
Every Democrat statement has an expiration date after which it is null and void and therefore never happened.
