What is going to happen, and will have to happen, is that Trump and U.S. will have to take out NK’s nuclear capabilities. Japan will be expecting us to do so. They are a threat to entire peninsula even China.
I think Trump should send a message to the NK military (by broadcast into NK from satellite and over radio if they block regular channels) saying to the top brass that they need to remove the Fat Kid from power, because he is endangering them and all the people of their country, as well as the people of neighboring countries. Tell them if they do, we will work with them and China to transition to a stable society that is not in danger of invasion and can become wealthy as China has.
I think it is a longshot, but what I like about it is that even if the top military are trustworthy and would not do it, it will make Kim crazy with paranoia, and he will start killing all his top people.
If NK does anything, they are toast.
It has to go away. We cannot live under the threat of nutjobs constantly telling us they will kill us.

He's a madman. China's unable to reign him in and the Nork's have been China's puppets for decades now. They built him, 25-30 years of the US ignoring their threats and now our own intelligence agencies (that's a laugh!) are surprised they can fit a nuke on an ICBM?
None of this is going to end well as best I can see. There will be war on the Korean peninsula before this is over. I'm no military expert by any stretch, I just don't see a way around it. NK has to be taken out.
