From now on, every time I watch the Shockers of Witcha State in b-ball, I will think of the song Witcha Linesmen.

I saw some of an interview he did. They talked about him in “True Grit”. He said he found out “he could not act, but wow I’m in a western riding next to John Wayne”.

From what I was told, he couldnt read music. I kind of doubt that, as he was one of the top west coast studio musicians before his solo career. He was a member of "The Wrecking Crew," and played on movie & TV soundtracks, and albums from Frank Sinatra to The Beach Boys.

I have seen it mentioned many places that he had an ear for music, but couldn’t read music. Many have said he was just that darned good. He could play nearly any instrument he touched.

That’s such a beautiful song. I’m feeling so melancholy tonight thinking of Glen Campbell and his wonderful music, the sweet memories his music bought to my life but knowing he’s in heaven with the Lord makes the sadness a little easier to cope with. RIP Glen and thanks for the memories.

I have seen it mentioned many places that he had an ear for music, but couldnt read music. Many have said he was just that darned good. He could play nearly any instrument he touched. In an interview, Carol Kaye said that when the producer set down complex sheet music in front of him, she's hum it to him, and he'd play it perfectly from hearing her hum it once.
You're not kidding!
